遭難した12人の子どものうち4人は5日朝、水が溢れた洞窟から救出された。
少年らは潜水用具を供給され、5キロのルートのうち洞窟出口から1キロあたりで経験豊富なダイバーの付き添いのもと水中に潜った。
タイ北部の洞窟に閉じ込められていた子どものうち、救助されて8人目にあたるハム・ルアング君が洞窟入口に設置された野戦病院に収容された。マスコミが報じた。
